About the Role

Burjeel Holdings is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Pharmacists to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, drive OTC engagement, and ensure smooth pharmacy operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care and professional consultation.
• Drive Over-the-Counter (OTC) engagement and provide brand oversight.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ensure product availability.
• Achieve and sustain performance targets (KPIs).
• Ensure high service quality and strict adherence to regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• UAE Retail Pharmacy Experience: Mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are highly preferred.
• Performance-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Valid professional license to practice in Abu Dhabi (DOH/MOH).
